• Open to all citizen studying in the high schools from year 10 to year 12 in Indonesia, who have not been admitted into any local or overseas tertiary institute

• Gold winners from the past THREE years of the competition (year 2020, 2021, 2022) are NOT eligible to join.

• Participants who do not meet the criteria above will automatically be disqualified.

• Register in Advance before 31 October 2023.

• Any notifications or updates to participants will be done via email and Whatsapp.

• You can only join ONE (1) round of the competition. Kindly register BEFORE the deadline as stated above.

• The competition is now being held PHYSICALLY. Participants are advised to choose his/her preferred location or the nearest option to your place.

• All participants who successfully participate in the on-the-spot drawing would be given a Certificate of Participation.

• Confirmation of attendance, venue, date and time info will be sent via email / SMS to registered participants before the event dates.

• Should there be any unforeseen circumstances that arises, the organizer reserves the rights to make any changes or cancel the event without further notice.

• Final result announcements and prize ceremony will be held in Jakarta in conjunction with the final competition.

We live in a world where being different from the rest can be daunting. However, these differences can sometimes lead to beautiful reactions. Instead of shying away from differences, we should embrace and celebrate diversity. Express in art what you think is beautiful about being different! Illustrate how accepting diversity makes life more vibrant and leads us to growth and propel us forward.

You are free to express your idea in a reality or fantasy setting, not limited to human characters. Should you feature any characters in your artwork, we would encourage for it to be original.

Specifications

• All participants are given 3 hours to complete an A3 size artwork during the competition day.
• Each participant are required to commit for only ONE (1) artwork.
• Artwork must be completed in ANY traditional drawing and painting medium. Digital or collage art are NOT ACCEPTABLE.
• Feel free to complete your artwork in the art direction of your choice, whether it is a coloured piece or a black and white artwork. EXCEPT oil paints and spray paints, ALL other traditional mediums are allowed such as watercolour, colour pencil, gouache, oil pastel, acrylic paints, pencil sketch, inking, etc. Cut and paste printed images or craft materials are NOT ALLOWED.
• You are required to prepare your own drawing and painting materials. We will provide A3 size drawing block paper with 165gsm thickness.
• ALL artworks submitted are NOT returnable. Should you disagree with this clause, kindly refrain from joining this competition.
